Trevor I. Burton
ABOUT TREVOR
I am a recent graduate of Morehouse College (Class of 2011). Though my professional career is in its early stages, in the past year, I have had varied experiences that reflect the breadth of my interests and skills. My recent professional endeavors include:
- Directing the 2011 Morehouse College Pre-Freshman Summer Program, in which I served as the principle student administrator responsible for the educational and social welfare of 68 rising freshman at Morehouse College.
- Serving as a Staff Singer (Tenor) at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, where I sang in locally televised broadcasts of the Chancel Choir, Classical trios, quartets, and as a soloist on pieces ranging from Alice Parker's "Amazing Grace" arrangement to Beethoven's "Mass in C Minor".
- Working as an Intern and Legal Assistant at B. Lawrence Watkins & Associates, P.C., a boutique law firm in Atlanta, GA specializing in Entertainment and Corporate Transactional Law. Here, I was responsible for researching matters, interacting and accounting for over 100 clients, proofreading contract markups, and creating the BLWAPC-Morehouse Music and Entertainment Law Internship program.
